Lovely shop for craft-lovers. Very wide selection of stuff. But too crowded. No one was observing social distancing, nor were the staff enforcing it. Staff was knowledgeable about products and very helpful otherwise. There was no testing possible for fountain pens, which is ridiculous and ought to be addressed. Beautiful card selections and lots of supplied overall. Could have added more stuff in the embroidery section. Impressive

Though the range they offer is amazing but one can onky appreciate coz of the sky rocketing prices , a simple hoop which costs a hundred costs 300 there with a little better quality and hence not good experience , the pic 1 product is priced above 100 and picture 2 at 99
Staff not helpful, neither knowledgeble. Had to fetch them each time if u wanna know something about any product, even I was the only customer in the store, this was not the way they use to be.
It's a one stop store for any craft, painting material or anything else you need for DIY. Plenty of variety with reasonable cost.
The big is good it has everything but doesn't mean all the things are of better quality. I bought chalk marker of red n white from this place. It was soooooo bad quality
