Worst online site ever. Pathetic services. They don't deliver on time. It's been one month and my order is not delivered yet. They are cheaters and liars. There customer service is of no use. They are selling duplicate products and used ones. I don't prefer anyone to shop from jabong. If you want to lose your time and money you can go ahead.

Pathetic experience with Jabong.I bought to pairs of sandals one from Carlton London in white with white soul and other from Tao Paris in silver with black sole none of them fitted me so I requested a return .Vendor came on the doorstep to collect and he opened the box and started examining the sole of the white one took a snap and sent to his manager and stated it has failed QC as it's used sandals .I told him what rubbish if sandals had been used by me the heels also should be dirty and the sticker on the sole of the right sanal should be damaged .Secondly when the parcel came in the tissue paper in which the sandal was wrapped was pretty torn and I had not checked the sole of the sandal .I immediately tried an packed it .Other sandal was fine. THE BEHAVIIUR OF THIS GUY WAS PATHETIC HE LITERALLY RAN OFF WITH THE OTHER SANDALS OF TAO PARIS AS I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE IT BEHIND.. I HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED DROM AMAZON FLIPKART LIMEROAD BUT never faced such a scene .I have called informed and sent snap shots of sandals but they will take 7 days to check on this.So request to all kindly check sole of the sandals .As for me no JABONG anymore for me
