I am using my mobile data to write this review. That is how frustrated I am. I haven't seen a worse service than this one. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this. Finally switching to a better one.

Google should have to allow us to give us Negative star .customer care girl is so disgusting don't know how to do work .don't know how to talk with peoples even if you called them she block you if she think that is too much work for her.even i can't hire her to clean my flat .their service is no longer access in my area next day after i recharged then i called them so they told they will refund me in 1 week but even after passing 2 week no responce from them then i called them and that cheap useless customer care girl blocked my number even i didn't used any offensive words towards her.but now i filed a case in consumer fouram and very soon will visit office will see how's their higher authority behaves.these kinds of service providers need to be banned for fooling consumers.. in provided image i recharged on 26th Aug and my internet is not working since 27th . Hope Mr. shekhar tomar and Mr. MANJEET SINGH SAINI are watching these comments towards service and behaviour of own employees and they will take some serious action against them else its seems like employees even not behaving good with Directors.

I don't know what kind of service you guys are providing.No customer support, inspite of paying the renewal amount internet is not working and you say you have a automatic renewal.you deserve 0 rating but you should be thankful to Google they don't have that option.

I am still using there connection really bad and there services specially towards calling they don't receive it. Plus in my society no other internet connection person is allowed that's y I have to use this connection really bad.

Please please do not install broadband from this company. In ace city there is no option. I have read already so many negative feedback but net was required for me as mobile network is also very weak in ace city. So i have installed it and after 2 min of installation it stopped working. I called them they said aftet 6pm No sevice available. For the whole night it did not work and morning started working again. Again today i came from office and it is not working. Worst se worst se b worst service. Koi b galti se b mt lgwana. For more info drop me mail 2 din me hi sab pta chl gya
