Worst Internet service provider. They will lure you with cheap Internet plans and take your money. There is problem of frequent disconnectivity and the speed is also not what they promised. For complaints they will never pick your phone call. STAY AWAY from nextra in sant Nagar area. Very unprofessional people.

Why r u not refunding my money???? My security amount is not been refunded whyyy? If u want me to take u to court tell me I don’t mind. I gave your recordings stating that my refund is due but u havent proceeded from ur end. This is the worst decision of my life. Internet quality is so poor that u will feel money was wasted paying them. Leave apart the monthly charges look at the corruption u have done by not refunding the security deposit. Pathetic services. Don’t go for Nextra peeps. Once the sales is done they forget u and if u need refundable security back then u never existed for them. Poor customer service. Highly disappointing. I will drag u to court coz u r not refunding the security deposit.

I don't think there is any existent support for them. Only way to get in touch with a human is to get hold of a sales rep. WORST option.

Very poor customer service. Internet connection gets disturbed for at least 5 days a month. And when you complain they don't care, they just keep repeating there is some technical issue and will be solved by the end of the day which never happens. Just looking for another service provider. Any suggestions are welcome.

Well nextra service depends on area to area .... If any issue happens consider it won't be resolved easily... You can't reach escalation team via call .. normal csa guys will even deny that they have escalation team on call ... So for them the day is of only 12 hrs time. Rest of the time they relax and don't care whatever happens. U can't contact cs team post 10 pm after which mostly issues occur actually they also have the worst cs team. I don't recommend this company to anyone please wait n look for a better one
