Before coming into contact with Richa Environmental Services Pvt Limited We were clear about the challenges which are in our effluent (earlier ETP was not working despite spending massive money) List of challenges are 1.\tHigh COD 2.\tHigh BOD 3.\tSLS / Surfactant 4.\tEmulsion 5.\tFatty matters 6.\tFoaming 7.\tIneffectiveness of chemical 8.\tDark color 9.\tStrong smell 10.\tAgar Agar / guar gum Contacted Richa Environmental for our ETP told them that We are cosmetic Industry instead of asking any further more Richa Environmental told us same challenges that we were struggling with; This act developed confidence and our management quickly understood Richa Environmental is the right choice for Effluent Treatment Plant design and procurement. After describing challenges to us (Which were already aware) Richa Environmental Services Pvt Ltd told us that solution is easy; Curiously, we asked “Really, what is the solution if it is so easy?” Without hesitating Richa Environmental Services Pvt Limited told us, “ Emulsion is the problem in effluent, fatty matters / oil is being protected by surfactant/ SLS / Sodium lauryl sulphate / Sodium laureth sulfate; As soon as emulsion is break fatty matter will be released and Effluent can be treated with appropriate chemicals “ Finally after getting design flow we placed the order and now We are only concentrating in production; no more unnecessary issues with ETP, Richa Environmental by designing ETP have indirectly contributed to our growth and production, ETP cost borne by our company is now look too small as compared to the benefits provided.

Effluent Treatment Plant is working perfectly with all parameters within limits. We chose Richa Environmental on the recommendation best in class leading company. Got ETP from them, value for money. It was the first time we did go for the highest cost instead of L1 thinking if things will not go right than there will be second set of investments, which will be very expensive. So hired Richa Environmental.
