I waited for a while since i purchased a chair from you; before writing a review, 3 months in, the adjustable arm rest started to malfunction a little, with all honesty, I'm more impressed with your warranty service. As it is clearly mentioned that it's applicable on the mechanics of the chair, not on any wear and tear of the fabric, they upgraded its mechanism to a much more robust amd reliable one for no additional cost. Thoroughly impressed with your products, with both the chair and the table, keep up the good work.

Edit: When you buy stuff, everything is in warranty. But when you claim, that part is not in warranty. Just two months of normal usage and side handle's plastic got a crack. This is in a 10K product chair. God knows what would break in lower price range products. product range with decent prices. Bought an ergonomic chair. Comfortable product for sure. Keep up the good work Mr. Eklavya.
