I don't know what's wrong with the people working over there.... They call you for the interview.... ask you everything to get idea so that they can also work like that and tell you to leave and will share the feedback in one or two days but will never call you back neither they pick your call. If you guys are reading this or planning to go for face to face interview.... Its better to ask them to schedule it telephonic.

I bought the 36 watt UVC lamp with sensor on 27th July 2020. It has not worked properly even once in the last 4 mths. Servotech agreed to replace it with a 38 watt version which is without the sensor nearly a month ago and it has yet to be received.

purchased a Servotech UVC handheld on June 29 and quite dissatisfied with the performance as the lamp does not glow and the company has not responded positively to my request to have it replaced. Hence dont get impressed with their make in India claim as they dont seem to have the tech ability to provide a flawless device.
