This is only place in Northern Railway of Indian Railways where materials are issued to different places/Offices/Depot coming under the jurisdiction of Northern Railway. Scrap from various places/Offices/Depot are also sent and submitted back to General Depot, Shakurbasti (SSB). Although this is government office. But here Government employees who come here to collect materials or submit scraps feels a lot of problems. Don't leave valuable materials or scraps here for one night . Try to submit materials on same day.
