i like the place as because is cheaper, and closed to my house in shahdara,This gym is good for people who want to use once or twice maximum or for holiday people with short time. They are said is good for bodybuilder but too bad gym equipment are old and smell not good

Gym is good for workout and weight lose but trainer mainly focus on girls and boys feel ignorant most of the time. Trainer also suggest to take gainer or protein supplement at early stage but dont fall for there trap. Rather check online and offline then compare and take. There are two trainer, one is normal guy and other look like bull. Normal guy manages the gym & its accounts and on the other hand, the bull guy manages the gym for body-building but he is mainly centered towards girls and women .

Total waste of money, Trainers dont know how to talk, they are not illiterate and ill manured. Very unsafe and unhygienic place. This should be closed
