Bought matrices 10 days ago. Issues: 1. Delayed delivery causing inconvenience 2. Matrices cover was paid for but not delivered. On follow up calls, no call after the first call made to the merchant were answered, message on WhatsApp were seen but not answered. 3. Cartridge was charged though it was told to be free when deal was finalized. 4. Bill doesn't have any details of cover etc. I missed it and in good faith believed them to be fair. Overall a bad experience
