I've made a prior appointment from Total Diagnostic Care for my USG. As I reached on my scheduled time there were already 4 people waiting before me......but few people came after me & they made a call with receptionist and all of a sudden my waiting no. goes to 11.....BEING A DOCTOR myself mine experience was so worse that i would NEVER RECOMMENDED this centre to any of MY PATIENTS. This Diagnostic Centre is not for common people who genuinely comes there in their bad health. Being a Doctor I could have also make an approach to higher authority but then what's the point of having these so called labs which are there for human welfare. For most of the tests patients have to come with empty stomach for 8-12 hrs. Now if any of their health worsens or anyone would get faint who will be responsible for this?
