Best gym for workout...it has all the latest machine and lots of space..good trainers..highly recommended.
This place isn't fully opened as of now and they would open formally on new year 2018. Since it is a new gym, they have brand new equipments which is a plus. They have a dedicated area for Cardio, weight training and crossfit apart from the free weights and the gym is more spacious than the rest. Did not get a chance to meet the trainer, so do not know how the trainers might turn out. I think the gym was overtly priced and no pre-booking discount was forthcoming.
Best gym in shalimar bagh .. spacious then the rest .. fully loaded gym .. have large spacious crossfit area for body strength training ... new equipment in cardio section which you have never seen .. have pro trainers who know the name of every single muscle and how it works ... most importantly the environment of the gym which you have never seen ... all equipments are imported ...the CAGE in gym seperate the crossfit section from strength n cardio section ... have machines which you never seen in another gym ... environment is so friendly and safe ... this is the gym where you can relax yourself while doing workout ...
