We had been to this place in the month of December. It's a decent place to stay, helpful staff. Rooms are cozy and clean, though beds are small. Food is tasty. They have certain number of games such as mud volleyball, cricket, swimming pool, water sliders, boating etc. Bone fire arrangements are there. Coffee gardens to walk around, a small brook to sit beside and relax. Overall a good place for a weekend getaway.

Good place for weekend getaway. Many kind of water sports are there like mudvolleyball,swimming pool,nature slide, kayaking. The quality of food is also good.Camp fire ,rain dance many more activities are there.
Very good place. Tasty food, cozy rooms. There are some water games - a water slide, pool, slush volleyball court, a small bridge, boating and canoe in a small pond, a zip line and even a rain dance. The staff are very hospital. They cater to your needs in the best way. There's a good amount of space to spend the evening and have a camp fire. There are tents outside with good amenities to have a fun night under the stars.
Worst place I have every seen...it wasn't look like they show and never ever do online payment or advance payment.. go directly to the place after that ur satisfied thn pay.. and do check their activity area swimming pool n specially rain dance Me n my friends paid 3k advance n zero refund Everything in one picture
The room in which we stayed was very old and small... not maintained properly..paid 2k for veg food and stay per person... food was ok.. out door activities are like zip linner, swimming pool , one small rowing boat and mud valley ball.. The best thing is the water stream which passes by the property, you can play in the flowing water... It's just walkable distance from the property..
Surrounding with Coffee plants, enriched with water falls, located with naturally cultivated water pools, Mud volleyball play pool, Self boating with secured pool, In built natural gym, Very nice home stay and Very good customer service with very least amount. Bindaas Food faculty. A real village location, homely atmosphere for all families.
Very good Homestay to stay, have fun and eat. Ultimate food, very very tasty hygenic rooms, games like mud volleyball, mud kabaddi, kayaking which is so good, water slide and Zipline. Only drawback is the maintenance which could be better. Don't miss the river bath, which u can get if u just pass the sports area.
