The service and customer first mindset of these people here is truly exemplary. Ford service charges and spare parts charges are of course on the higher end compared against a few other manufacturers. But service centre wise, this lives up our expectations. Watch out for an Er. Mahendran here. He is truly amazing! :)

Service : Pick up and delivery on time. On time and clear communication at each stage like reached, assessed, washing, ready... Good explanation on the wear and tear of parts and more importantly how long the parts can survive for replacement and consequences if its not replaced. Overall a fully satisfied service. Now let's see the consistency... :-)

I took delivery of Ecosport today and I had to admit the experience with this dealer was fantastic. The approach towards customer was very professional from the beginning (right from test drive request). I was assisted by Mr Senthamarai and his service was exceptional and top notch. He had very good knowledge and always kept me posted about delivery progress. His professional approach and patient attitude was impressive. The dealer showroom ambience was great as well. Overall, if you are opting for Ford then this is the showroom to be in irrespective of where you are in Chennai.
