So far so good except one drawback. Not getting the parts while coming for servicing after travelling 250 kms from a remote area just for servicing is regretting and discouraging. The company/dealers should also aware that not all the buyers are from within the city.

I own a Ford Figo new gen 2016.its the best car in its segment however servicing is the main drawback of city ford.To achieve good sales ,first they need to expand their service centres all over Nagaland.Lack of service center in the state capital is also a big deterrent towards buying a Ford Car and a huge headache for those ford owners like me.Time is .cant go down to Dimapur just for servicing wasting the whole day waiting for Ur turn.Thinking about only profits won't help Ur company in the long run.Figo,aspire,freestyle are good cars but scored the lowest sales figure among hatchbacks.
