Staff at the counter to buy batteries is untrained and insensitive... request to relieve her of her painful job she is doing there... Looks like all the staff there is forced to work, and is under paid, hence they behave worst than a govt office. The entire team there is so unprofessional and untrained and unqualified. Why do they come to work and make lives of patients and their family so miserable, by upsetting them..

Worts hospital. Worst security... They just denied to check patients.. During covid 19. They are dabba thermometer where its simply says it has fever and they wont allow inside...

People working here are pure Angels. I wonder how much knowledge, experience and patience they have. It's amazing. When you just don't know what is the problem causing your child's behavior, let alone how to fix that, finding this place and getting service is like having a dream come true.

Very bad experience. No one in the hospital responds properly. Waited 2 hours on Tuesday 16th Oct without a clue what will happen. When asked the staff told that it will be done in sometime and made us wait till lunch at 1:30. When asked them several times, Staff mentioned it will take another 3-4 hours. Till then nothing's started. When asked for a refund so that we can leave. nor the lady in the reception or the cashier had a positive response. No one there willing to help. they wasted 4 hours that cost me Rs.50. Worst experience ever in a Hospital.
