I had been to couple of Gynecs prior to Smita mam, honestly what I use to feel is that those gynecs were just doing the job and never use to let us speak or share what we are feeling or what questions we may have. The day we met Smita mam, we got so much of positivity, I still remember her words to us in the first meet "Don't worry, you will have ur baby very soon in ur hands". We started consulting with Smita mam and everytime she took care of our concerns so well, gave us enough time to ask our questions and then clarified it with examples and never rushed on anything. She literally made us speak our heart out with any confusion or questions we may have had. I'm now a proud father of a baby girl and all credit goes to Smita mam for guiding and her brilliant treatment. She is not just a best Gynec in Pune but also a great human being. The way she talks and make her patients comfortable is just an outstanding feature she keeps with her. Thank you so much Smita Mam and lots of love from our baby girl Nyra to you.

My review is for Dr. Ninad khose radiologist and Smita ma'ams husband. I could not find Nidaan Sonography on Google hence posting my review here. I had visited with my wife to get her sonography done. The receptionist said we need to get a hard copy of the prescription since the same needs to be submitted to the radiologist DR and corporation. We had done an online consultation from Apollo hospitals, since due to pandemic it is well known that most of the doctors are off the opinion for online consultation. So there is no way that we can produce a hard copy of the prescription. I had shown her the soft copy on my phone, which had reference no and other details for validating genuine prescription check. The recepitionist mentioned that she would consult with Dr ninad khose first and check if that is acceptable. Later she informed us to visit Dr Smita Khose and get another prescription. It clearly means we have to pay again for the same thing and get another prescription. I had an argument with the receptionist and told her that you should clearly mention on the board that we will not entertain any other doctors prescription so nobody will waste there time. It is very clear now that they just want to earn money and not bothered about the patient. Dr. Smita I had lots of respect for you, but you have now changed a lot after becoming famous, you use to take good care of your patients earlier because of which we have referred your name to many of our relatives, but I don't think we can do the same now as we are also loosing our confidence in you.

Me and my wife experience with Dr. Smita is very good. Very friendly and she gives time to every patient and she listens very patiently. She never asked for unnecessary testing and medicines. She comes back on all your messages and phone calls, and resolves every single question. The person feels worthy and you feel like a family. She is very polite, friendly and always smiles. Making money is not his priority. I am really grateful for the support and care of everyone.

Today I will share my experience about C-section delivery. My kid is born in Oct-2019, and Dr. Smita Khose operated it. She is one of the good doctors we met so far, as she gave best consultation during my wife's pregnancy. We urged to go for Normal delivery, and she ensured they will try best, and keep gaining confidence. But during the delivery-admission, all reports (last scan report which showed symptoms of normal delivery) were ignored and directly took decision for C-Section. During the last moment we were surprised when she scared us and told my wife that this initial pain is nothing and you will get more unbearable pain. To this we had no option than simply sign the papers for C-section. The worst happened during the operation, as my wife's bladder got cut (Not sure how this blunder happened) and then operation went for around 4 hours. Due to this my baby was fed externally by powder milk.... Also, coz of this, another kid can't be planned .... Above all she said, everything is okay, and then attached urinal pipe for 21 days... This added another problem of infection as UTI. This problem is still going on for 3 months causing direct health issues to mother and baby.... Hopefully, things would be positive in some time... Wanted to share the feedback that help deciding ur doctor and hospital (cloud nine).

Consulted Dr.Smita for my wifes pregnancy .Shes the most kind Doctor you will ever come across. No doubt shes best in her field but most importantly shes a wonderful person. you ask her 100 question and she will answer them which I never observed with other Doctors.Always approachable via phone/whats app for general queries.
