A very magnificent place and memorizing one. Came here for the first time and was not sure about the trek. But a very quiet and serene place. One should visit during monsoon.

Mind-blowing fortification with nature . One of the beautiful and ancient technical fortification. Don't forget to see natural bridge between two mountain with mind-blowing hidden carved stairway . Best time visit mid October to February . Need to take precautions because middle path to durg bhandar fort is risky and slippery .
It has very unique staircase. Route passes through Brahamgiri moutain. Morrow steps curved from single rock. It's hidden jewel of Trimbakeshwar.
Very convincing place actually Timbak ranges will keep you surprised. From the starting of this range you can see origin of Ganga of peninsular India (Godavari). It's very strange that after getting started the river become GUPT means hidden but you can see the river again at Tirthraj Kushawart kund.
I have been on various treks but this was just awesome. Nothing can match it. The natural bridge between two peaks is just awesome.
Good place for a medium level trek during late monsoons upto end of winters. However, the locals and visitors need to take care of all the waste that's spread across.
