Despite the lack of space and other amenities, Health world tries to offer professional, adequate care facilities to its patients. I am happy with its services. The staff is polite and well trained in soft skills and of course medical skills. The hospital has been responsive towards our issues. However, the procedure to release patients with mediclaim must be eased out. So many people wait there without being able to sit or have food and water. The premises of the hospital are clean. The surrounding area full if shacks and shanties could definitely be improved and a proper cafeteria could be wet up. As of now, the hospital is doing its job well.

This hospital is really a third class.From management to treatment.I admitted a healthy person but at last i took out a half dead person. I admitted the person and after two days they put it in ventilation without any information. No treatment is done but took heavy amount from us. It's a nice and great experience and i would recommend everyone not to admit anyone.

I would like to bring into notice to Hospital management. My father aged 80 needed a small procedure at Hospital. Dr. asked to take appointment and come for the procedure but Hospital (Reception & Equerry) declined to give appointment over phone and asked us to come physically to take appointment. Is it not harassment to a 80 patient? It seems there is no process, staffs are not trained, Hospital Website not opening, no where to provide feedback. Patients are customers and staffs are not even bothered to provide an appointment requested. So ridiculous!

This Hospital is Good for treatment if u get referred from other Hospital. Points noted for outside town patient :- 1. If u referred from other hospital or emergency then you should go to EMERGENCY WARD for further process like submitting refer paper and document work. 2. If they admit the patient then they will give u all clothes of patient . 3. If patient admit in ICU or Isolation u are not allow to talk with patient but contact with Doctor and coordinator, except Sunday. 4. Always confirm the exact timing of meeting with Doctor because of busy routine may be it cancelled sometime. (If u are not able to understand anything then approach HELP DESK) ROOMS AND LAUDGE :- 1. If patient family need rooms for staying they can asked the Tea shop opposite to the hospital . This shopkeeper keep the no. Of laudge and rooms. FOOD AND HOTEL :- 1. For cheap and best I recommend MAA DURGA Hotel near the bridge of highway , you don't need to cross the bridge just go straight from right side of highway . (u Will able to see the board of hotel or dabba) 2. If u cross the bridge and take right u will get one more hotel for food. 3. For breakfast u can eat food in shop just opposite the hospital. ( Viewers who seeing this post I pray to God your family member will get well soon and go home Healthy )

Most of sevrvice is systemic. However, till pharmacy and G25 section' staff's behavior is very bad. There is great need of improvements.

Service very bad...staff behave like we are dog...hospital staff are not co operative.... Hospital cost is very high... Specially dr. asok parida apne aap ko hospital ka owner samaj ta hain...he don't know how to behave with patient parti...he is a most third class person .
