Pathetic & Manipulative vendor. Deal at your own RISK!!! We live in same apartment unfortunately as Mr. Gaurav Kansal. We gave a CCTV contract to DWOSA at 5L. Project was finished at 5.8L with no Defect Liability Period thus defrauding the relatively new Association formed with Board members who are new to such contracts. At the time of vendor selection, AMC was quoted at 27k, by the time project finished after delays, AMC cost for agreement offered to Association became 90k. Workmanship/finish is unprofessional. With messy wires, setup provided is so fragile & prone to be faulty that display on screen is lost for many cameras most of the time.

We bought the CCTV cameras for our flat in DSR Eden Greens apartment, from Dwosa. We found their team (from sales to after sales support) very professional. They don't focus on selling the products, rather they focus on creating the experience for customer. Their installation team connected the cameras in our house and shown us the display from various angles, to make us feel comfortable. Even, few days after installing the cameras, we forgot the password, after changing it, and their support team came same day to help us resolving the issue. We are very happy with overall experience. We have seen their entire portfolio and it's amazing. We strongly recommend them for their range of products and services.

I bought HikVision DVR and camera from DWOSA to monitor my parking place. In such a friendly price they installed it on a very short notice. I had to call the installation people again to fix the angle of camera and they turned up as promised. I highly recommend DWOSA for CCTV purchase and installation.
