Poor Experience. Counter staff were at least cooperative whereas the officers don't have time to even speak although they are sitting idle. I had to move from one cabin to another. I was surprised the officers don't have information regarding online process. Government has to train the officers with intensive information about all the process so that they can solve the queries of each citizen. Agents are welcomed, please request the individuals also. All don't have enough money to pay to the agents. Unfortunately my work was not done.

Government office situated in Oros (sindhudurg). They are having huge area and they perform license tests, validation of vehicles, and all the vehicle related tests.
Sindhudurg districts main RTO office. Can accommodate thousands of vehicles easily. Need to maintain all washrooms n all.

Yes, it's nice experience. Mainly Hon. Sawant Saheb and Shikalgar Saheb both are very well .
A very good cooperative staff. They help, guide with the procedure and veey good to talk to. Had been here for learning lisence procedure, it got done very quickly without any hassle.
No care of customer..... wasted all day for one paper....any official work fist asking you who is your agent.....then so and so....
