Elahe has been in the market for long But the decency of the employees has gone down Once upon a time it was the only store and costumers had no choice but to buy high end designer wear from them But now so many up coming designers have come up and they are so polite and costumer friendly ... I feel Elahe should be easy about their store policies and come down to cater to common person when they walk in without a known client ... Be equal to all ....and remove all the rigid rules ...so called policies....to attract good Costumers ... I had a bitter experience ....
The things that you start liking is in the range of 1.5L or more considering its designer clothing. The staff doesn't have interest to entertain each of the buyer entering the store. Most people just browse and go because they are in no mood to say even a hello. Likes aashirwaad, angsutra better than this
They should replace or properly train their Employees..Seems they r not interested in helping the customer or listening to them..They just want to generate the bill as u have stepped into the store..Found Ogaan is far better than this store..
ELAHE does not even deserve 0.25 rating. The staff absolutely has no etiquette. The least the store owners and staff can do is to speak politely to the customers - you are in the sales business afterall. Maybe the business has flourished due to heavy demand for bridal and occasion wear, but with this kind of behavior, be assured that there is a special place reserved in hell for you. ELAHE, ITS OWNERS, and the SALES GIRLS are all PATHETIC. Stay away and pay those hefty prices to the designers directly - they will treat you better without a doubt.
