I interned with engage4more for a month and from the moment I stepped in everybody was so warm and welcoming. The client servicing and operations team really took me under their wings and with a lot of patience explained whatever work they were going about so I could get a better understanding of their processes. The entire team and every department works extremely hard relentlessly brainstorming for new clients, coming up with new activities, pitching to clients etc. I was amazed to see how hard these people work and they just don't stop till the work is done. An extremely talented, capable and hard-working group of people at engage4more, it was a delight and such a wonderful opportunity to be a part of this organization for a short period of time!

The idea behind the activities and execution of the same is good. However, the facilitators are not trained to relate the activities to the theme for which the activity has been conducted. The cost at which the activities are conducted should involve much more professional tie ups for the same. Overall a decent experience and employees enjoyed taking part in it.
