I had given my expensive watch for repair, paid a good sum for the service, but it stopped working the same day. As instructed by them, I couried it to them and the tracking number says the watch was delivered to them. But eversince that day, I've been trying to contact them over phone as well as email. They are not answering calls since 9th February. They are not answering telephone calls too. What shall I do now?? This mail should be a warning for other unwary customers. Since I am working abroad, I can't go and meet them. Is the shop closed for ever? How will I get my watch back?? I never expected such a fraudulent dealing from a recognized service center. Can someone help me in this regard? Expecting a reply from some corner. Alexander Eapen

One month to get a watch serviced, even then not done. Decided to take a risk inspite of the multitude of bad reviews, hoping that it may be better. Explained to them that Iam leaving the country. One month later no phone call from them when they had quoted 2 weeks time. Eveventually, asked me to come over on a staturday. I had explained that Iam driving over from TVM. Inspite of this watch not ready, they wanted more time to courier it to TVM. The worst customer service ever, not professional at all. The rest of the bad reviews should be true based upon my experience.
