I really had very bad experience with birth village and they are team especially with priyanka she is so Rudy and only once my bp got increased during my labour immediately they shifted to c section that to not so high ... I know if bp is getting high I may have high risk but the way they were making me scared almost 300 km I traveled to kochin and rented a house spend almost 30000 rs and during childbirth class they were telling we can manage like this that and we give respect to women omg they are not actually.... In reality they r so Rudy please don't believe them they give importance to foreign couples that was really very hard to digest they not even tried for natural birthing for me.... after a c section in kochin I really gone through big birth trauma which was really hurting still it was happened one year back but the pain I have gone through is so much they didnt even call and ask how I m they don't have any response towards they are client

Yesterday I completed my last appointment with birth village as part of their package and I have nothing but very good things to say about their work! When my wife was pregnant we took her first to few hospitals but she was unhappy with the experience as the docs don't give you enough time and treat you like a patient as opposed to a person who is going through one of the most important and beautiful experience of having a baby! They often get a bit rude if you ask them doubts or if you question what they suggest. From our first visit to birth village, it was a completely different experience to a conventional hospital! Their methodology is almost quite the opposite of a hospital which is best for both the baby and the mother! The midwives and staff are extremely dedicated, nice, give you the time to understand whatever you want and get you motivated, prepared mentally and physically and excited about giving birth and pre/post birth! I am extremely happy to say that my baby boy is born without any medical intervention such as inducing, epidural, caesarean etc! I am certain that it would not have been the case in a hospital knowing how the progression and challenges of my wife's delivery was! My wife and I are very thankful to their team and would highly recommend them as the first option to any person having a child! PS my insurance covered most of the cost as well!

If you are reading this and an expecting parent either VBAC or not and expecting a natural or normal delivery. Book an appointment (best around 5th month) and do visit at-least once before taking a decision. Most of the birth happens here is via referrals who had delivered here and mine too. Midwives are well trained, helpful, friendly. The fee is reasonable if you compare with any cities normal delivery unlike some negative comments here. Of-course, you can got to any hospital and deliver (or take) baby out, but this place is the best gift for a mother to receive, baby driven delivery, not on doctors or even parents choice. You can't compare their efforts with any normal hospitals. It is really a wonderful experience and thanks a ton to BV team for your support throughout.

I chose Birth Village for my delivery on Oct 2020, based on the birth stories this place boasts. I had an utterly disappointing experience which is briefed in the 3 points below: 1) Very unprofessional and lethargic team - Every single personal appointment of mine was rescheduled last minute without even consulting with me. One gets only excuses for anything one requests them for. 2) Unorganized and inconsiderate- during COVID everyone was keen to avoid unnecessary visits to labs for medical tests. I had repeatedly asked them all the test reports required. There was total miscommunication within the Birth Village team and I had to make 4 visits to the test center after my 36th week because nobody was sure what tests were needed. Each time I went for a consultation they added something new and the reports I had sent them before I arrived was also never reviewed. 3) Rude and insensitive- on the actual day of my delivery I was traumatized by Ms.Priyanka with her casual attitude. I was asked to change from the birthing room within 1 hour of arriving (@ 6pm) at the hospital, claiming that I will deliver only the next day. I had delivered within 5 hours with absolutely no props in a normal room. She missed every sign (I vomited everything I ingested) and continuously discouraged me to move around. She was so rude to my husband saying we should have stayed at home and this is unnecessary botheration when clients come and take hours together to deliver. Just like any normal first deliveries I delivered at 10:57pm with requested assistance. The whole experience was so hurting and the post partum consultation was more like a business propaganda that it took me more than 4 months to make peace with it and write a review. All in all, I will never recommend this place to anyone else. It is not worth the effort one takes to travel all the way to Cochin just to have such a bad feeling & experience.

A five star experience!! We cannot say enough about the compassionate, individualized care that we receive here. From the moment we step in until we leave the office each interaction with the staff is positive and warm. Priyanka takes time to explain and listen. Desk staff are helpful and pleasant. Nurses and assistants are kind and efficient. We never waited for long. The Birth Village team is one of the best. This is how every birth experience should be!!

Please don't go ...They will suck money but will not do anything .... All they need is money. For call appointment money. for lactation money , for slot availability money. If you throw money they will do anything .no concern nothing .I wasted a lot of money here. But still I was not happy. At the labour stage they made me roam and they didn't even cared or bothered about me. I don't recommend this place. They were so rude . There are no enough numbers also. The pregnant ladies who come here is just 1 or 2 . But they frame as if the slots are full. Then they say pay us extra 10,000 will make the slot available.

Despite of us reaching out to the team towards our last trimester or probably be the 34th week (don't remember to be precise) we were welcomed with much love and openness to our then circumstance and helped us through all possible ways being most responsive and educating us with everything we required to attain a perfect parturition. I can not even imagine what it would have been for us without "The Birth village". Thank you
