I had a very pleasant experience..all are very professional..doing a wonderful job, especially Mr. Rine, the sales consultant, who have excellent communication skills, thorough knowledge on the product. I haven't even visited the showroom before delivery, everything was updated to me on time over phone...my delivery experience was just Awesome... Although, there was some confusion during vehicle delivery due to some communication gap. The after sales support I got from this Showroom is really exceptional! My executive Shyam is the best person out there. Please feel free to contact him for bookings. He is a jovial person and always happy to help. We still maintain good contact with each other.
Till Sales everything fine..now after first service..hardly 10 days since service done and Vehicle stuck in mid of highway amidst handling tension as it is more than a nightmare how u sketch the family safety and not even in ur dreams u expect this Vehicle to stop down this way..shall comment more after I analyse the post Sales and how the situation is handled. Anyways this is shock and 100% disappointment from FORD
I would really like to appreciate the service that the Kairali Ford team is offering. I just bought a new Ford Ecosport from this showroom and got it delivered today. The experience is authentic and the processing is fast . there is a genuine sales team who would explain pros and cons of a vehicle in which you can think and consider what to buy in the package that they are offering... Hats off to the team. A big thanks to Shyam for arranging all the necessary documents and throughout he has been a wonderful person to mingle with and his way of dealing is out of the box and like a pro.
