Don't waste your time with this company! Find someone else! I have been following up with them for the past 45 days trying to get one of their staff to come and take a measurement for my outdoor roofing. I have spoken to their office staff, their sales staff and everyone in between. The office staff has a standard response - we will call back in 10 mins (as you guessed that call back never happens). The sales staff always says "we will come to take a measurement in the next 2 days", that also hasn't happened. I have called them about 10 times so far and I have finally given up. I am now sure that even if you place an order, they will take our advance and stop responding to your calls.
