A fraudster company,they have taken our property in rent at Patiala when they were working in Thappar college, But they hasn't paid the rent of Rs 25000 only, for a middle class family 25000 was a huge amount and for this company it is a very nominal amount,but still they are not paying the amount

Have bought the system from them almost 8-9 months ago... Funny thing I have changed everything they have put at least once... Dvr is the 3rd box, camera has a buzzing sound always even after have no voice option active, lock gets spoil with rain and wind (including the inside of the lock small parts) they get spoilt so often. They have the worse after sale service and for anything you get done they have add on charges. They took a Dvr box from m to get it repaired and replace it in a week but I guess they waiting for the warranty to expire as it been 4months its never returned. All the staff members are rude to talk and feel they can misbehave. Cherry topping is no one reverts after taking down the complain and tell us to call the service center of the brand company for issues. Save ur money form people and services of this kind. I've already ruined my hard earned money. All the best because they don't know how to treat the customers. P. S. I feel they don't have original stuff for the amount of replacement and issues I have faced in less than a year. Started with the second month of installation itself.
