Dr upadhyay is a good doctor. Take immediate action in emergency. Very cooperative and helpful. Line of treatememt is good. He is very polite and humble . He treated my mother -in-law since last 3 years and we are not facing any problem during her treatment.

I consulted for mild pain in left side. Doctor suggested some tests and prescribed some medicines for a course of 10 days. When I found no relief in pain after 10 days, I consulted someone else who asked me why am I taking those medicines as those medicines were to prescribed for someone who has very bad kidney condition and as per the tests, there is no problem with my kidney. So in a way or the other, I wasted 1500rs on those medicines which were not to be taken. Dissatisfied with Dr. B. K. Upadhyay, I'm sorry but he's not the 'Best' !!

Doctor visits have always been apprehensive for me , simply because I had been sick often and my experiences have not been that good. Also, it might sound funny to a doctor but overall it's jittery for me to visit a doctor since I have lots of questions and mostly they just dodge the question by saying-' No nothing, fine'. Hence my recent visit to Dr. Upadhyay, regarding a kidney issue was a welcome change for me because he seemed very approachable and is now helping me to deal with it not only on a physical but on a mental level too since he involved me in the process of dealing with it and made me familiar with the issues honestly.Most importantly I feel as a patient I'm ,involved in the process and, crucial part of the treatment. To add on to it the environment and staff were organised and polite which is rare; would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see a Nephrologist.
