Not at all cooperative. The OPD timings on Sunday are 9:00am to 2:00 pm. My mother reached the hospital before 2:00 pm. And the front office executive denied us the appointment stating doctor is busy in delivery and has denied for further appointments. On request also, the doctor denied for appointment. Absolutely bad experience. Not at all flexible for patients. Wherein the patient is reaching within stipulated time and the hospital is denying for services. Comment after reading the owner's reply- Well, you guys have nowhere displayed the time limit within which the patient shall get their slips..also we reached your hospital by 1:45 PM, and your front office executive have never informed of getting slips cut before 1:30. Since we reached within the stipulated time frame of your OPD timings, I only requested him for the slip, and he denied us. You should take every feedback seriously rather calling it stupid. Moreover I too work in a hospital and work during odd hours.

Geeta hospital treatment facilities are very good. The rooms and toilets are maintained very well, very neat. Doctors are really take interest in each patient. They talk to you very well.
