This place could be managed well. Everytime there is a chaos. No formal process or steps to guide the public to proceed with the next steps. The place itself is very dingy and messy. One can not imagine such a government office in these days. They are collecting hefty revenue but there is no focus on the improvements of the facility and the amenities. Staffs are also very casual and as if they are including the public by performing their own duties for which they are already paid by the government. Come on India and make it one of the better place to visit.
