Awesome way to have a overall view of the city. Its close to MG MARG. Easily assessable. Prices are 117/- per person (incl tax). Thought bit expensive for daily travel but once in a while its cool. Not much rush. And it's much faster compare to travelling through the hilly terrain.

A must visit place in Gangtok, specially if you want to get the aerial view of this beautiful city. It’s a 10 mins ride back n forth and is not costly as well. The height is not much but good enough to give a bird’s eye view of the city and surrounding areas.

It's very impressive . You can view the vally hanging from the top. Safety measures are taken in well mannered. Every one who wish to go to Gangtok definitely experience the Ropeway
Not a must go place... But yes the view from above is amazing, you see the beautiful mountains and the city view at the same time... but all you go from above the houses and steal their privacy...
Must must must visit Place In Gangtok . one of the best thing i ever experienced . the bird eye view of country was breathtaking , especially if you visit during sunset or sunrise. the cost per ride is 250 ruppes which definetly worth the experience , the view of city was really superb . during covid times the staff was following all the rules . and all safety instructions are followed . in 250 ruppes you go from starting point - end point - starting point. the total time is almost around 10-15 minutes . and it was really best 15 minutes of my life . one of the experience to try in gangtok .
