I went to Donna for my pre-bridal package...I paid more 12K at that time, had I known their services would be as bad as they were, I would've rather not gone. Their staff was extremely unprofessional, my mother also got her hair cut and colored and let me tell you the lady at the reception, the one in charge when the boss isin't around is extremely unprofessional, and has no idea how to manage and speak to customers. Secondly, they used these \exclusive\ products for my package, but all they have are these products, they lack skill...they used this pedicure and manicure kit (extremely expensive) but did no massage or anything, just kept on applying one serum after another...and it ended up burning my skin...quite literally burned my skin (adding photos), I had to get my mehendi done and wear all the heavy wedding lehenga and jewelry on burned skin... Additionally, my package included threading and face waxing...and yet I had to pay extra for simple eyebrow threading... Would never recommend this place to anybody...I got married and moved to another State and then Covid lockdown started, otherwise I would have definitely gone back for a refund. But in all the chaos, I couldn't go and confront them... Horrible service, DO NOT GO THERE! No Edit - I had taken the service in the Indirapuram branch in Feb 2020, and as I mentioned I was unable to come talk to the manager after my wedding cuz of Covid (lockdown happened and I was unable to travel to Ghaziabad). By the time I went to that branch, the branch is now owned by someone else. I do not think it is correct of me to leave a bad review when the management has changed. And therefore I will not be deleting my bad review.

I have been going here from quite some time and the results are always more than satisfactory. I usually get my hair coloured and I am always filled with joy. I recently made a visit and was very impressed to see all the measures that were taken to ensure safety. The staff used single use items and sanitized the work area properly. I was highly satisfied and recommend this salon to everyone who is concerned about hygience, safety and quality work.
