Worst service in this .. booked for ac cleaning and they just use the empty foam bottle for cleaning and when asked they replied we dont have the bottle as of now. The team was rude and they dont complete the work they just fool people. I will not recommend for Go mechanic. Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value these are missing . I had the worst ever car service experience on 27.02.2021 at #GoMechanic #GoMechanic - Best Boy Motoren (BBM). Nothing is organized here nor the Mechanics/Labours are skilled. This is not more than a road side a service station. They use single set of tools to service the different cars at the same time. You will find the Mechanics are roaming one service station to another in search of the tools. They will not use intelligence to overhaul the faulty part but the force to make it more worse thus to make the other adjoining part damaged. And it happens while I was my self supervising the work and pointing out them to the work carefully and keep those parts untouched which are not the part of the job work, you can not imagine what they people can do if you are not there to supervise the progress of your car. They will ask you to give the feedback before you take a test drive. Will demand you to rate them as highest. Being in hurry I gave the feedback which tuned out to be worst as actual as soon as I drove the car out from this service station.(Ac servicing and cleaning).These guys are capable of turning down a decent car into a garbage box. Please be careful before you stepped into this service Station. @Deepak Jain .. kindly try to be nice with the client atleast . Rude and arrogant behaviour.

They will open up those thing which are not necessarily required to be touched. And it happens while I was my self supervising the work and pointing out them to the work carefully and keep those parts untouched which are not the part of the job work, you can not imagine what they people can do if you are not there to supervise the progress of your car service. I had never a problem with the radiator fan and power steering but when the car was handed over/delivered to me after the test drive is done by senior Mechanic I found that the car fan was not working. They fixed the fan but now power steering stopped working which was working fine till now. So they then fixed the Steering. They will ask you to give the feedback before you take a test drive. Will demand you to rate them as highest. Being in hurry I gave the feedback which tuned out to be worst as actual as soon as I drove the car out from this service station.(The Radiator Fan & Power Steering). These guys are capable of turning down a decent car into a garbage box. Please be careful before you stepped into this service Station.
