I highly recommend healthyfy solutions. My journey with them started around 4 months back and I suggest anyone in doubt about how to get back to shape and live a healthy life should join healthyfy solutions. Dr Sheenu is extremely knowledgeable, she knows her stuff very well and have prepared a very good team. The team along with Sheenu, prepares an individualized nutrition plan according to your need. I was looking for an easy to follow diet plan which works even when on tight schedules. This diet plan has allowed me to continue my regular life. After I started following the diet, I immediately saw changes in me, not only did I lost weight but also saw a tremendous change in my energy level. I went down to 71 kgs from 79 kgs in 4 months and mind it there were way too many festivals in between :) Dushera, Diwali, Thanksgiving, Christmas, marriage, multiple birthdays. I strongly feel I could have lost much more weight if all these distractions were not there :). But living healthy is not only about loosing weight but enjoying life along with eating right and feeling good. Sheenu and her team gave me the insight into choosing right food. I highly recommend Sheenu and her team. Special thanks to Khushi and Deepshikha for following up and answering my questions at all times. You guys are wonderful!!!

I am very satisfied with their diet plan. Healthyfy solutions team have highly qualified and helpful dieticians. Dr Sheenu maam is always there to guide, Dr Lata maam make best diet plans and gives variety of meals to help in weight loss easier and faster. In addition they also motivate us to easily follow our diet, Dr Khushi is always there to motivate me. Earlier i was struggling to lose weight but now in only 1 month they helped me to loose 4kg. I am very grateful to healthyfy team they are the best.
