I've joined this gym for almost 1 year..as I'm basically from rajasthan that's why i just moved there in corona time period but just i want to say that Mr. Shikhar Rastogi (Trainer & Owner of LIFT & STRETCH GYM) is very supportive, experienced, helpful and full of knowledge in his work. Soon I'll be joining again this gym!

Affordable gym, nice trainer.
The trainer is well trained n not friendly when comes to workout. He wont let you eat anything during his training period. Doesn't allow any supplements and still gives results..i myself lost 6 kg within 2 months. He is trained for special cases as well... PCOD IS ONE OF THEM.
Good trainer with excellent knowledge and modified training experience. And we have good time there.
