Nice people ,but congested roads many vehicles are parked over roads so creates traffic jams. I would suggest to take two wheeler and go there ,process would be fast and people are helping over there . I got my learning license quickly without any issue The time on which the appointment was scheduled that may vary according to availability .

For Reaching, if you are coming form Varanasi side, just come to Pahalwan ki Murti and take left. Its just walking distance from there. RTO building is very old and the Driving Test facilities are not at the RTO. It is another place. Staff are supportive and helpful. Now talking about process, If you are educated and know how to operate computer, then you can clear the exam. Just go to the SARTHI Portel and apply for the Learner Licence, 2 wheeler 4 wheeler fee is 350. Just make online payment book a slot. Then come with all the download form and I'd & address proof. Then go for photo clicking process. Its free. Don't come in trap. There will be many agent who is ready to charge you minimum 500. But believe me its very simple test. Download and RTO app, remember all the signs and come. You have to only 9 question out of 15 questions. Clear the exam and done. Evening you will receive your Learner licence number on your mobile. After one month do the same process. And come for driving teast. Give the test & your DL is ready.
