Recently Went through “post and core” of one of my tooth which was half fractured and was very painful before the process, dr Patil suggested me this post and core and in 3 sittings my tooth is all fine now as good as it was before the fracture. I would suggest and recommend anyone to him , he listens to you very carefully and then suggest you the best treatment options for any tooth problem . Thanks so much I am happy satisfied with my treatment.

I have to be honest Dr. Amit is by far the best dentist you could come across ever. He is very friendly and very humble, just a complete down-to-earth person. He will make u feel very comfortable and take proper care to ensure you do not feel any pain or discomfort. His clinic is very neat and clean and very well lit up. He will take the time and trouble to give u the best advice and plan your treatment accordingly. The music at the clinic is great and so are his staff. Dr. Amit was the first dentist I have visited that actually took the time to explain all my treatment options and offer me advice based on your financial situation. I would recommend visiting his clinic in Porvorim for any dental treatment, especially for kids coz he will ensure they are very calm and relaxed. Price-wise he is very fair and doesn't look to over charge. I actually chose to visit his clinic based on his reviews and now I know why he has such a great rating and such good reviews. I hope my review will help anyone out there looking for a great dentist.

He built up my tooth before, he is very good at what he is specialized for. But I had a complicated wisdom tooth, he saw the X-ray but said that he can remove it. He said the roots are not close to nerves, it's not that hard to remove. He also said 99% sure he can get it done one day, only 1% the chance is I need another section. But! It took 2 hours for him to remove the crown in 2 half, tried to remove the roots but couldn't. He is not an extraction specialist, but he doesn't know his limits. It was a traumatic experience. After 2 hours the anastasia was going, so he stopped the treatment. He said, he will remove the roots 4 days later! I was in a lot of pain, I talked to my friend who is a dentist, also asked for second opinion. Everyone said what he did was not okay. The next day I went to the dental hospital, where an actual specialist did and X-ray and said it cant wait, we have to remove the roots now. She did an amazing job! When I told to Doctor Patil about it, he tried to defend himself, never apologized for the problems he caused. He said 3 different excuses why he didn't try to remove the roots the next day. I couldn't trust him anymore. Apparently it was a very risky surgery because one of the roots was hooked on a nerve, and I could expect nerve damage. He didn't even realize this risk, or didn't tell me.
