The place is amazingly done. You can either enjoy it in large groups when the entire property is to you, or even as a small family and relax in any corner of the property. Proximity to Sula and the main city is also great. Overall, definitely worth visiting again and again.

Good place for a short, quiet, peaceful get away.... Near by nasik.... Outskirts of nasik at gangapur dam area.... Sula and York vineyards are close by.... One can even have a factory tour over there....... Good neat little villa is also a part of the property

Where to start? Coccon is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. The private pool is amazing at all hours of the day and night, is very well maintained and beautifully designed. There are ample games available, indoor and outdoor which we enjoyed with family. The staff is wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. They are very helpful and lovely to be around, yet know how to blend into the background and still be there when you need them. The caretaker Mahadev and his wife are there to check in on what you might need and will take care of any arrangements you might need throughout the day. The home cooked breakfast and food served is just delicious. The villa is nestled in the middle of serene greenery which makes you feel at absolute peace. A perfect place to spend with you entire family, would highly recommend to book a stay here. Yes off course a special mention to the host Mr. Zain for making all arrangements and making our stay so memorable. Just PERFECT!!!

Cocoon Stay is currently the best destination to go to in Nashik. The word homestay or farmstay often means more luggage but it wasn't so in this case. There was everything available there; kettle, water purifier, access to gas, simple and tasty home-made food, etc. There was so much to discover on the shelves, inside the drawers, etc. There were books, games including provision for Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom, Cycling, Jogging Track and also Swimming (If you have the guts to do so in winter season). All the amenities from soaps to shampoos were available. The staff there was especially wonderful. Mahadev and Deva made sure there was no stone left unturned in the amenities department and Rekha and Surekha made sure that our tummies were satisfied. The staff was very polite and homely. The vibe was wonderful. The room we stayed in called "Ecstasy" was spacious and wonderful. AC and Fans both were available (though you wouldn't need any in winter). The 4 acre property had an intercom system and there were around 4 - 5 telephones so we could call the caretakers whenever we wanted. There was seating arrangements throughout the property which came in between of the walking track so we can rest for a while. It is completely covered with trees. Would definitely recommend this to freinds, family and everyone!
