I ordered a simple customised study table, which after much deliberations I was told that it could be made easily. However, the final product was far from what I had expected. Not only the design was different (which I was okay with), it was very poorly made. The iron beam which at the bottom of the table (which is given for support; attachment 1) was not made to fit, even after two tries. There is a very visible gap which ruined any aesthetic left. The point of contact notified that a major part of my order could not be made merely a day before the delivery date. Not to mention the whole process took almost two months. The channels in the drawers (attachment 2) are visible as well since there is a very considerable gap between the joints. The overall experience was extremely tedious. The table designs which are already supplied by the company might have been the way to go. You might want to rethink if you wish to have any sort of customisation.

10 out of 10. The only vendor in my 10 years of experice who has delivered the good in given timeframe without any follow up.. Installation team was very coopreative. Workstations are perfectly upto our expectation. Highly reccomended.

I ordered a wall mount table but their carpenter and supervisor were so incompetent that they installed the brackets upside down resulting in several unnecessary holes in my wall and both of them were always in a hurry they didn't even look at the drawings properly, I had to constantly tell them what to do. Very bad experience should have ordered a ready made one would have taken much less time as well (they took more than 2 weeks for it to deliver).
