Gaur saundarayam is a residential society. It is a very neat and clean premium area with lots of parks, play area for children, tennis courts, badminton, volleyball, cricket nets and skating area. Open spaces surround the society.

Please invest in Gaur if you want to waste your time in their corporate office for petty paperwork. Things will drastically change after you book the property, you will hear radio silence from Gaur team, there customer care email, phone number go answered and if you visit their office, please have the entire day for them. 5 counters for 10s of people waiting in line. Really Pathetic customer service!!!!!
