The office opening hours is 0930am but you won't find anybody at this time. A simple car wash took 2 hours as nobody there in the service station to take care of their customers or the car. Their staff don't know the charges properly neither they are attentive. Dialled the number 17 times provided in the voucher, even though it rang multiple times but nobody bothered to answer. If you have enough time and if would like to go on a bumpy ride on your smooth day, then do visit them.

Very bad experience, there is no transparency in their work, their charges are very high it's better to go only for service, if they ask you to change this part, that part, simply say no to them. First, they will tell you we use only branded parts but if you ask they to show the MRP and authenticity of the part they simply tell you, we can't tell/show you as per our protocols with gomechanic. It's better you find a good local mechanic and give him parts whichever is faulty he will do much better than this so called gomechanic. Gomechanic pls look into this matter they are fraudsters. This is my first and last service from gomechanic.

Go mechanic- Alpha automobile is a good place for car service. Today I visited there for my car service..service was very fast and quick. Reasonable price. Even I stood in car service area and saw car service..Overall my experience was good. It was my second visit.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY AUTO SERVICE SHOP IN LAST 8 YEARS. THIS SERVICE CENTRE DON'T HAVE THE RESOURCES TO WASH THE CAR. THEY HAVE APPLIED THE ANTI RUST COATING WITHOUT CLEAN THE CAR BOTTOM.
