I will like to bring it to notice the worst experience I had working with Ultratech cement due to a sex offender – MM John. I am an HR and Admin professional and started my career in Ultratech cement- where this rascal MM John was GM-Hr. Being a senior management resource MM John abused his power and designation and exploited all his juniors. He would ask to give las minute reports and female employees to work till late in the evening and make me work late till everyone was gone and in the name of checking my reports and work would touch and rub against my body intentionally. I tried to avoid him to which he started abusing me in the name of work and processes. Whenever I was alone he would try to touch me and groupe my body parts. He would always pass double meaning and lewd remarks on me. When I resigned due to his harassment he went furious and tried to spoil my career.
