People at this store don't have a basic knowledge. My experience: I bought a laptop which was found defective in speakers .I usually use MacBook so, i know each and everything of a laptop/pc. From OS to hardware which is defective/not!. One large tummy fellow was present in counter saying that laptop has no issue the sound will be slow from the model itself .I was speechless and he also advising me to go to service center without respect in his voice and also saying that no one can repair this. I can do it but my lap is in warranty so, I went to them Have a nice day thanks for reading.
