They mislead customers and do not have well-trained sales staff. They don't make a note of warranty in their bill. When I was sold the glasses, I was told it's of great quality and under one year warranty. However, the metal casing on the glasses started wearing off within a few months and I visited them recently to get a replacement. The sales staff even helped me select a new pair of glasses. However, when I went to collect it the next day, the store manager claimed that the warranty period is 6 months and that both the sales staff had misled me and it wasn't her responsibility. I ended up paying for the new frames despite having a bad experience with the previous set. I'm really disappointed in them because I had chosen them over other established brands due to word of mouth recommendation. But their lack of set policies, left me with a bitter experience. The shop may look fancy, but it's better to go to established stores that at least stick to their word.

Great customer service but found the prices to be very expensive. Get best in class eye check up done have never gotten this detailed check up done anywhere even with eye specialist. This place has trendy and up to date frames and glasses.

Simply an amazing place. Everytime we drop by for eyechecks or glasses that are damaged we get a super service. Very trustworthy and the owner really knows what she is talking about. Would definitely recommend!
