Extremely poor customer service, one of the worst known to me . I have registered a complaint atleast 50 times since April 2020. Each time they assure me that some one would come but they don’t send anyone to attend to the problem ... Infact say this “that the technician went to your place but no one att ended to him” ... this can’t happen each and every time . Very very disappointed .

Worst products and worst company.. my door phone get faulty 3 times in 1 year and the company takes months to repair it... After 1 year the company force u to take amc or pay everytime visit and repair charge... Never buy their product

One of the worst customer support services ever. Have called at their number almost 10 times and there is no response. Every time I receive an sms saying that x y z person would attend in next 24-36 hours but there is no response. Plz stay away from this brand if you plan to install video door phones. This company has pathetic customer care services and customer care executives. They don't know how to respond and resolve complaints. I called them and I was asking about my complaint and their customer care executive cut my phone call in between the conversation. I suggest everyone to never buy this company's products. They don't know the basic customer dealing behaviour.

Pathetic customer care service. Please don't buy their products. Had a terrible experience after their brand new device was not working and they have not fixed it till now. Shameless customer care executives. No escalation matrix. Pathetic.
