Worst service ever. I transported my bike from Gurgaon to Pune on 16th Jan 2021 and got delivered on 23rd Jan 2021. Even after full payment at the start to bharat S, lot of drama happened with Delivery service provider for not getting paid from Bharat S. They are threatening me to take the parcel return if not get paid. Also there are multiple damages to the bike.. Main stand and ladies footrest damaged. Also many scratches to the bike. Number plate completely dismantled. Also reporting issue to both delivery person and Bharat S no one considered their fault not even responded back on this. Multiple calls from delivery service provider and Bharat S for payment issues between them and even after paying full money to bharat S I got stuck with them for issue between them.

Very poor service provided. They didn't pack the things properly and after that they loaded on the small truck and my some things had not loaded because they dont have the space due to small truck. Also lots of things lost when I checked the things on my destination.
