Newly built apartment buildings, yet needing such extensive repairs on the exterior. Refer to photos attached closely and you will see the extent of cracking and damage in the buildings, it's everywhere! The photos also show the patchy repair jobs (some of which are currently underway) hidden behind the obvious coats of fresh paint! Definitely makes one question the overall quality of construction, longevity of these buildings and most importantly, the integrity of the builder. I hope those buying apartments in the neighbouring Chintels Serenity visit and see the state of Paradiso before putting their money down!

Exceptionally well designed residential flats. High rise buildings. Big green spaces. Fantastic club facilities. Beautiful swimming pool.
The place is absolutely amazing. All the facilities are provided with in the apartment. The security and hygiene is maintained well. However the locality outside the apartment building is quite low and unpleasant. I would recommend you to make physical visit in order to be sure. Overall, the society is the best in the area !

Good place to reside. Quite place. You can get 3bhk approx 20k here. Good amenities in the Club house which includes TT, Gymnasium,Pool, Squash,Carrom, swimming pool. And most importantly everything is nicely managed and maintained. Get everything related to household items inside the primesis.
