Just want to share our bad experience at MAX Saket,where gynae/doctor Vandana Bhatia was talking to my wife in a very rude manner ,threatining way.. as if we have commited crime... also surrounded with her students and interns.. no privacy .. As and since my spouse has been to KK HOSPITAL and met, consulted Dr Poornima things changed in pretty Good and Excellent way,things are quite easy now. THANKS A TON TO DR POORNIMA FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT.

I want to give only two star bcoz my interaction with Dr. Poornima kapoor was really good but things which I dont like is - 1. Very Small space for 3 doctor to sit and provide medical service. 2. Poor management. 3. Not enough seating space for patients, most of time most of peoples are standing. 4. No proper cleaning, ventilation and AC support. 5. Prescribed medicine monopoly, doc is writing medicine which very very very costly and those are only available in there medical store, I tried outside from different locations across 10 medical shops but none of them able to provide their prescribed medicine. 6. I believe most of tests and medicine are only for money making bcoz before visiting to this place, i were in Bangalore, Rajasthan and none of the doctor from these locations prescribed such costly and variety of medicine. But if I just talk about the doc then, Dr. Poornima is very supportive in term of listing their patients and guiding them.
