After booking a service online from gomechanic I was directed to this workshop. I thought it would be good since they have a lot of good reviews and their workshop has a lot of expensive cars being serviced. Unfortunately it was nothing like I expected. I was initially refused a discount which was an actual offer online. I got a call saying my car was ready for pickup and when I confirmed that the customer care has validated my discount they immediately informed me that my breaks are worn and need changing which will be additional charges. Convenient. Even though I took the highest servicing package my car was not cleaned from the inside. It still had loose mud on the rear seat and the dashboard was still dirty. After reaching the workshop I found out the faulty headlight was not repaired . Something which they were already informed about when I gave the car. If such simple things were not done I can only assume that from the long list of things included in the comprehensive servising package they must have done just the bare minimum.
